Privacy
What we collect
Through this website we collect only the information you submit: your name, business name, email address, optional phone number, industry and an indication of your receivables position. We do not use advertising trackers.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry and arrange an AR Health Check. We do not sell personal information or share it for marketing purposes.
Client data during service delivery
Where Averlane is engaged, access to client accounting systems is limited to what the service requires, granted under permissions the client controls, and protected by multi-factor authentication. Averlane does not receive customer funds.
Where data is handled
Averlane serves Australian businesses with delivery support provided from Mauritius where appropriate. This means information may be accessed outside Australia. We disclose this openly, and it is confirmed in writing before any engagement begins.
Retention and access
Enquiry information is retained only as long as needed for the purpose it was provided. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing hello@averlane.com.au.
